THE CHALLENGE
Sundance Catalog, an established ecommerce retailer, faced technical SEO challenges that limited its ability to scale organic growth. Broken internal links, outdated redirects, inconsistent metadata, and image-heavy landing pages created obstacles for search engines and users alike. With thousands of pages to manage, Sundance needed a proactive technical SEO strategy that prioritized high-impact fixes, improved site health, and supported long-term organic performance.
STRATEGY
Eight Oh Two implemented an ongoing technical SEO program focused on identifying and resolving issues with the greatest potential impact on organic performance. Through regular site crawls and page-level analysis, we prioritized broken link repairs, redirect recommendations, landing-page improvements, and title and metadata optimization. We also refined crawlability and indexation to help search engines efficiently discover important pages. By collaborating closely with the Sundance team on site updates, we integrated technical SEO into ongoing website management, creating a stronger foundation for product, category, and content optimization.
RESULTS
By addressing critical site issues and improving search engine accessibility, Sundance Catalog created a more scalable ecommerce website capable of supporting broader SEO initiatives. Rather than focusing on audit scores alone, our approach prioritized technical improvements that removed barriers to organic visibility and helped drive measurable traffic and revenue growth.
