Geneverse, a new solar generator brand based in Silicon Valley, faced the dual challenge of low brand recognition and limited public awareness about solar generators as a product category. Most potential customers were unfamiliar with what a solar generator could do or how it worked.

STRATEGY
Our approach focused on educating the market while driving sales through an integrated, full-funnel campaign. We created an engaging 25-minute infomercial featuring HGTV host Chip Wade to demystify solar generators, showcasing their functionality and benefits in an approachable manner. The campaign included a comprehensive suite of content—educational videos, social media posts, email content, and a revamped website—to address customer concerns and highlight Geneverse’s leadership in this emerging market. By leveraging the growing consumer focus on preparedness for natural disasters, we positioned Geneverse as an essential tool for modern home readiness.
