STRATEGY
As we began 2020, it was a challenging time to build a strategy around long term-growth, but this D2C activewear company found itself in a booming vertical during the pandemic. Where the client initially targeted high ROAS performance, we counseled on a strong opportunity for customer acquisition since the demand was high (as was competition). By carefully navigating the balance between profitability and acquisition, we took this client from 0-60 while building a meaningful house file during lockdown.
As demand leveled out into 2021, we leveraged these new customer lists in our Smart Shopping (and now PMax) campaigns and watched as ROAS hit new heights. Through feed optimization, landing-page support, and diligent analysis we’ve been able to prove strong double-digit growth in years two and three.
