Are You the Business Development Specialist We're Looking For?

To thrive in the role of Business Development Specialist at Eight Oh Two Marketing, certain skills and qualifications are necessary. This includes holding a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, which will provide you with the foundation to excel in this dynamic industry. Additionally, having at least 2+ years of proven experience in business development, specifically in SEM/SEO sales, will demonstrate your ability to navigate the competitive landscape. As a self-driven individual, you will possess a laser focus on meeting and exceeding growth targets.

A strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategy will enable you to identify opportunities and devise effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential in building relationships and delivering persuasive sales pitches. In this fast-paced role, you must be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite will be advantageous, as well as experience with CRM software to effectively manage client relationships. This role will require Around 25% of the time will be in the field, 75% in-office/remote.
