We’re excited to welcome a new voice to the Eight Oh Two content team — Hayley Rogers has joined us as SEO Copywriter!
Hayley brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to content development, combining her background in technical writing with agency and freelance experience. Over the past three years, she’s written across a wide range of industries, including career development, car care, health and wellness, PR, and lifestyle. Her ability to balance creative storytelling with data-driven SEO strategy makes her an excellent fit for our search-first approach to content marketing.
Before stepping into agency life, Hayley earned a graduate degree in technical and professional writing. She also worked as a college writing tutor and classroom instructor, which sharpened her understanding of language, structure, and communication — all of which show up in her content today.
One of Hayley’s standout projects was her work on Indeed.com’s Career Guide, where she contributed more than 850 articles designed to help readers navigate career transitions, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward their goals. That experience sharpened her ability to deliver content that ranks — and resonates.
At Eight Oh Two, Hayley will craft optimized website copy, blog posts, product descriptions, and category content that aligns with our clients’ brand voices while supporting organic search visibility. Her writing helps people find answers, solve problems, and connect with brands that enhance their lives.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys reading, writing, gaming (video and tabletop), and staying active in her local community. She also works part-time at her neighborhood library and volunteers regularly at the animal shelter— making her an all-around content team MVP in our book.
