We’re excited to welcome Hanna Tischer to the Eight Oh Two team as our new SEO Manager. Hanna brings five years of SEO experience, a sharp strategic mindset, and a track record of helping brands thrive in industries where the rules are anything but simple.
Before joining Eight Oh Two, Hanna spent much of her SEO career working in highly regulated industries, including firearms and pharma. Navigating strict compliance requirements while keeping pace with constant shifts in Google’s algorithms taught her how to adapt fast, solve complex problems, and build lasting client relationships.
At Eight Oh Two, Hanna will focus on helping our clients’ organic presence thrive, combining strong technical SEO foundations with an eye on the AI trends reshaping how people search and discover brands.
“What drew me to Eight Oh Two was the chance to branch out into different industries after years of specializing in compliance-driven spaces,” Hanna said. “The role felt like a genuine opportunity to take on new challenges and grow in ways I hadn’t been able to before.”
Outside of work, Hanna is an avid reader, gym-goer, K-drama fan, and dancer. She also runs a fiction-focused book club for women in Northern Virginia, creating a community around one of her favorite things: a great story.
