Eight Oh Two is thrilled to welcome Ann Marie Gresham to the team as Paid Search Specialist. With a background of creativity, strategy, and a genuine passion for helping people, Ann Marie brings both skill and heart to her new role.
Her career journey started in guest experience, working at Marbles Kids Museum and Walt Disney World. Those early experiences helped her develop a strong foundation in service, communication, and relationship-building—skills that continue to guide her work today. After earning her degree in Public Relations with a minor in Advertising, Ann Marie transitioned into digital marketing, where she discovered her love for the strategy and problem-solving side of paid search. Since then, she has worked with a wide range of B2B and B2C clients, helping them navigate the ever-changing digital landscape and achieve measurable results.
In her new role at Eight Oh Two, Ann Marie will serve as a primary contact for clients, developing strategy, managing campaigns, and providing thoughtful recommendations to help clients reach their paid search goals. She’s passionate about making data feel more approachable and actionable, and she’s excited to bring clarity, creativity, and collaboration to every client partnership.
When asked what drew her to Eight Oh Two, Ann Marie said it was the team-first culture and innovative mindset.
“I love how collaborative the environment is here,” she said. “Analysts are constantly learning from one another, and that sense of teamwork really shows in the quality of the work. I’m also excited about Eight Oh Two’s early use of AI. The team is so intentional about how they integrate technology.”
Before joining Eight Oh Two, Ann Marie also spent time as a college radio DJ, where she managed digital programming and even produced a podcast for the City of St. Augustine, Florida. That experience allowed her to blend creativity with strategy, something she continues to do in her marketing career today.
Outside of work, Ann Marie loves spending time with her nieces and nephews and is always ready for a spontaneous trip to Florida to visit Disney. She also hopes to get back into ballet and rowing, two lifelong passions that taught her resilience, patience, and discipline. Those same qualities now inspire the way she approaches her work, keeping her focused, graceful, and driven to make an impact.
